Chen Xiaoyi felt a sudden surge of anxiety at Luo Ziling calling her “Miss Chen” and the playful smile on his face as he spoke. She understood that, by what he had just said, he meant that she and Chen Jiahai had schemed together and that the siblings had joined forces to target him.

She was surprised that Luo Ziling would think this and immediately explained, “You’ve misunderstood. I haven’t talked to my brother about anything to do with you, we’re two separate people. It’s definitely Ding Chaohui who found my brother, and now they are here looking for you together.”

Luo Ziling didn’t respond, since Chen Jiahai and Ding Chaohui with their entourage had already reached them.

“Mr. Chen, long time no see,” Luo Ziling didn’t pay any more attention to Chen Xiaoyi but greeted Chen Jiahai, “We always seem to bump into each other so coincidentally. Is this fate too?”

“Luo Ziling, I hope you stop pestering my sister,” Chen Jiahai ignored Luo Ziling’s greeting and bluntly warned, “You have a whole slew of unclear relationships with many women, and yet you still entangle with my sister. Aren’t you being a bit too greedy?”

Seething with rage, Chen Xiaoyi’s grip on Luo Ziling’s arm was strong, and caught off guard, Luo Ziling was pulled along by her.

Initially, Luo Ziling wanted to break free, but seeing the diners looking at them with even more surprised eyes, he eventually didn’t persist and allowed Chen Xiaoyi to pull him out of the Western restaurant.

“Luo Ziling, stop right there,” Chen Jiahai quickly caught up to Luo Ziling and Chen Xiaoyi and bellowed angrily, “With me here, you won’t get to fool around with my sister, even if she shamelessly throws herself at you. Chase any other woman you want, but you’re not touching my sister.”

“She kissed me on her own just now, do you plan to cut off my lips?” Luo Ziling stopped, turned his head to look at the approaching Chen Jiahai, and said with a mocking face, “We were about to get a room, are you planning to stop that too?”

Both Chen Jiahai and Chen Xiaoyi were shocked and froze at Luo Ziling’s words.
