“Let me have someone help you take a bath,” Luo Ziling said, leaning down next to Lin Lan’s ear and whispering, “Ouyang Feifei came to look for me for something, I’ll let her and her assistant help you bathe. Since you’re both women, there’s nothing to be shy about.”

Without waiting for Lin Lan to respond, Luo Ziling dashed out of the room.

“She’s awake, how about you guys help her with a bath?” Luo Ziling, trying to suppress a laugh, said to Ouyang Feifei, “Willing to?”

“You’re perfectly capable of helping her yourself.” Ouyang Feifei glared at Luo Ziling angrily, “You’re a doctor, after all.”

Luo Ziling quickly dropped the clothes and stepped forward to catch Lin Lan’s body.

“Don’t overdo it; let me carry you, we’ve been through this before, we’re like an old married couple,” Luo Ziling teased Lin Lan before she could react and carried her into the bathroom.

“Let them know if they must, I’m not afraid of my shadow skewing when I stand straight!”

“Then let them think what they want, whether they think I’m stealing from my own turf or taking advantage of someone in their time of need, I don’t care,” he replied.
