As Rosvisser had said, the children were indeed well-behaved and got along wonderfully with Vida and Cecilia.
But as the conversation went on, Aurora suddenly realized that during this Melkvey family roundtable, two people had quietly disappeared at some point.
The pink fluff looked around in all directions, but saw no sign of those two, so she asked:
âWhere did Daddy and Mommy go?â
The others glanced around too, and likewise didnât see Leon or Rosvisser.
âYeah, they were just here chattingâhowâd they vanish the moment we turned our heads?â
Cecilia was still cradling Aurora in her lap. She had been so focused on stroking her that she hadnât even noticed her daughter and son-in-law had slipped away.
Seeing this, Moonâs eyes lit up.
âSince Dad and Mom are gone, does that mean we can hold the summoning ritual now?â
Isha immediately got flustered and waved her hands.
âNo, no, no, they should still be at home, itâs justâŠâ
âThey probably had something come up and left without telling us,â she said, trying to cover.
Muse blinked innocently. âSomething came up? What kind of something, Aunt?â
âUhhhâŠâ
Isha scratched at the corner of her forehead awkwardly.
âProbably something to do with the origin of life, birth of the universe⊠hahaha~~â

âThe moment I saw that blindfold, I knew it was going to be the same old routine again.â
On the soft, luxurious bed, there was only a single itemâa black lace blindfold.
Usually, Rosvisser wore a nurse outfit or a nun costume, and if Leon performed well enough, there might even be a bunny girl.
But tonight, there was only a blindfold, and that meant two things:
One, like Leon had said, this was their old classic routineânothing new.
Two, it wasnât just the old routineâit didnât even have any cosplay involved.
The queen folded her arms under her chest, lips curled into a smile. Her silver eyes rested lazily on the lone lace blindfold lying on the bed, and she said languidly,
âYou mean to tell me you snuck me away from the party just for this? Just to wear a blindfold?â
Leon raised a brow at her words. âDoes Your Majesty have a new idea?â
âOf course.â
âIâm all ears, Your Majesty.â
Rosvisser leaned slightly forward, pinched the lace blindfold between her fingers, and slowly explained,
âThis blindfold is opaque. One of us puts it on, and the other points to a part of the blindfolded personâs body and asks, âkiss or not?â The one wearing the blindfold can only answer âkissâ or âdonât kiss.ââ
She gave a simple rundown of the game and then tilted her lovely chin toward Leon.
âLetâs see who loses control firstâthe one with the blindfold, or the one without. So, what do you say? Dare to play?â
Ohoho!
Now that really was a brand new version!
General Leon accepted the challenge without hesitation. âWhy wouldnât I dare? So, are you wearing it, or me?â
âObviously the man wears it. What, you expect me to?â
âNo, no, I actually think itâd be better if you wore it.â
âWell, I think itâd be better â NĐŸvĐ”lÎčght â (Read the full story) if you wore it.â
The new game hadnât even started, and the two of them were already bickering again.
Eventually, they decided to settle it with the oldest methodâ
âRock, paper⊠scissors!â
âI won.â
âHa! I won! Rosvisser, put it on.â
The queen shot him a sharp side-glance, her silver eyes like blades. âFine, Iâll wear it. But donât you dare pounce on me the moment I say âkiss.ââ
âRelax. Youâre definitely the one whoâll lose control first, Mother Dragon.â
Rosvisser let out a soft snort, sat at the edge of the big bed, her long silver tail curling and settling behind her. Her pale, delicate legs held up the hem of her nightgown as she curled into the corner of the mattress, the dragon markings across her chest resting quietly.
She secured the lace blindfold in place and said, âAll right. Come on.â
Leon got into position, sitting in front of Rosvisser. He waved a hand in front of her eyes to make sure the blindfold was truly opaque. Only after confirming it blocked all light did he relax.
After all, this Mother Dragon had tricks up her sleeve. If he didnât stay alert, who knew what sheâd pull.
âAll set~?â Rosvisser prompted.
âDonât rush. Let me see⊠hereâkiss or not?â
Leon pointed at the tip of her nose.
With her eyes completely covered, Rosvisser had no idea where he might be pointing.
If it was a normal spot, that was fine. But if it was somewhere strange or naughtyâŠ
Not that sheâd refuse, it would just be⊠intense.
That was the fun of this gameâyou never knew where your beloved would point.
And you couldnât just keep saying âdonât kissâ either. That would defeat the whole point of flirtation and foreplay.
After a brief moment of hesitation, Rosvisser nodded and softly replied,
âKiss.â
She figured he wouldnât choose a weird spot the first time.
Sure enough, a moment later, she felt a warm, gentle sensation.
Just as sheâd expected.
âAnd now⊠here. Kiss or not?â
âDonât kiss.â
This time, Rosvisser responded much more firmly.
After all, that dog of a man mightâve used the first normal touch as a trick, and this second one could very well be straight-up mischief.
âReally? Not gonna kiss?â
Leonâs voice was full of coaxing temptation.
Rosvisser clutched the hem of her skirt a little tighter, hesitated, then bit her lip and said,
âKiss. Letâs see just how bold you really are.â
With that declaration, the queen mentally braced herself. She drew a deep breath, quietly waiting for the kiss to land.
But deep down, twisted between anxiety and anticipation, she couldnât help but hope this dog man would break the ârules.â
That contradictionâthat thrillâwas the very charm of this game.
Yet, in what seemed like a deliberate anticlimax, Leon only kissed her on the cheek.
She let out a quiet sigh, and then heard him ask,
âWhat, disappointed?â
Even with the blindfold on, Rosvisser could clearly hear the smug grin in that dogâs voice.
âHmph. Only kissing my nose and cheek? Iâm not impressed.â
âIf I kissed anywhere else, you wouldnât like it.â
âOh? Try me.â
âAll right then. Hereâkiss or not?â
ââŠâŠâ
Where was he pointing this time?
Was it another harmless spot like her nose or cheek?
Or
Rosvisser gently bit her lower lip. After a brief pause, she said,
âKiss.â
âAgain?â
Leon said playfully, âIf I kiss you here, I bet at least two of your dragon marks will light up.â
âQuit bluffing, Leon. Unless you cheated and moved your finger, I donât feel anything where youâre pointing.â
âI wouldnât cheat, Rosvisser. Since youâve decidedâlet me fulfill your wish.â
Having learned from the last two rounds, Rosvisser thought she had the game figured outâ
âMmâŠâ
This time, he kissed her lipsâsoft, slightly cool, and full of sensation.
And unlike the brief, featherlight kisses from before, this one lingered.
Rosvisser didnât pull away.
With the lace blindfold stripping her vision, her sense of touch had heightened.
The faint velvet of his lips against hers sent her reeling.
Suddenly, she felt a warmth bloom across her chest.
Must be the dragon marks activatingâ
That dog really did get it right.
Several minutes later, the heat on her lips finally faded. Rosvisser leaned slightly forward, seemingly a little unsatisfied.
But her stubborn pride wouldnât let her say âdo it againââotherwise, that dog would never let her hear the end of it.
âNext⊠here. Kiss or not?â
And this time⊠where would it be?
