Chapter 610: You Look Fabulous

Stuart didn’t take Edie home. He took her to the hospital directly.

Different from Scarlet, Edie perceived a baby. She might lose the baby anytime. Stuart was so worried about it.

After a series of determination, the doctor ensured that Edie was fine. Their baby was also fine. Stuart finally could take relief and return back to their flat.

Edie was worried that he would be pissed off. She blinked her eyes and stared at him carefully. He gradually calmed himself down.

Ivan called him.

Stuart’s eyes got dimmed. He said in a low voice, "They dared to hurt my wife. I need them to pay. Let Mrs. Bella be confronted with some accident."

Then, they fell into silence. Ivan hesitated for a while and asked him, "CEO, I’ve already purchased more than ten companies across Europe. Currently, we already could start the financial flows. Everything developed stably. As time went by, the board of directors would realize what you’ve done."

"I know. Keep on."

"But your family punishment..."

Ivan wanted to say more, but Stuart interrupted him, "Just keep on. All you need to do now is to follow my orders. I don’t want to hear anything else."

Ivan nodded and hung up.

He felt so heavy at the bottom of the heart.

He was so depressed.

Apparently, Stuart was taking great risks. Both the powerful Leon’s and William’s family underworld were scary. Cooperating with them was as dangerous as walking on the tight robe.

Though Edie was compliant, she had no freedom now, and she felt such happy insides.

She lived such a life, peaceful life with the man she loved deeply.

Until a week later, when Edie received an invitation.

It was an invitation from Albert, the designer. He wanted her to attend the exchanging meeting as a model.

Edie suddenly remembered she wore the dress designed by Albert to attend Dion’s Centenary Celebrations.

He gave her the best work he’s ever done. He helped her a lot at that time.

If Edie didn’t perceive a baby, she would say yes to this famous designer immediately. After all, Albert was a well-known designer at home and abroad. He was also Stuart’s good friend. Being a model in his exchanging meeting was honorable for Edie.

Besides, after being blocked by The Star Entertainment, she’s been staying at home for a long time. It was quite boring.

But she’s had a baby for several months. Her belly was not that flat anymore. Though it was not really obvious, she couldn’t be the model at this point.

If Albert’s meeting was affected by her image, she would hate herself.

To show her respect for this famous designer, she called him in person and told him her situation.

Albert felt pitiful. But he still invited them to his brand exchanging meeting.

After thinking for a while, Edie agreed.

After hanging up, Edie looked at Stuart satisfactorily, "I always attend those activities as your wife, now finally I can go as Edie. You should come with me as "Edie’s husband. Albert only invited me in the first place."

Hearing her words, Stuart smiled, "Okay. It is my honor."

Actually, Albert already called Stuart to invite him. But Stuart wanted to make Edie happy. So he asked Albert to write Edie’s name on the invitation.

Edie suddenly became nervous.

"Stuart, do I get some weight these days? On my face? Waist? How do I look? Fat? Ugly? What would Albert think after seeing me? Would he regret choosing me?"

Looking at his little wife standing in front of the mirror, Stuart was amused. His wife still looked really charming at the moment.

"No, you look fabulous."

It was true. Edie’s gone through a lot after perceiving a baby. She had no time to get some weight. She didn’t have any time to take a rest until these days.

Stuart never thought she was fat.

Edie rolled her eyes. Apparently, she was suspecting his words, "Liar."

Stuart raised his eyebrows and walked to her. Then he held her into his arms and pressed her lips with his lips, "Liar? Don’t believe me? I can show you the evidence. You still attract me greatly."

Edie was also aroused because of his kiss. But the baby insides her belly made her keep sober.

It was the first time for Albert to hold the meeting in his own country, instead of Paris or Milan.

It was a great chance to learn from this famous designer. But space was not enough to accommodate everyone wanting to come here. To attend this meeting, most celebrities contacted lots of friends to get an invitation.

Not only Edie and Stuart but Donald and Joanna were invited. The relationship between these two couples was complicated. This must be something interesting happening when they met each other.

Therefore, all kinds of reporters were also tripping over each other to get in.

The popularity of the exchanging meeting went far beyond Albert’s expectation. He felt so happy.

Before the meeting started officially, Albert invited Edie to change clothes. Though she couldn’t be his model now, he still wished she could wear the clothes he designed to watch the show.

Edie went with Scarlet.

Scarlet’s chief editor was so glad when seeing Edie could take Scarlet with her. She immediately allowed Scarlet to go.
