Chapter 506: Earthdigger

Right when the pioneer cavalries and ghouls were pushing forwards, a shocking war drum sounded out deep within the forest that stunned all the players.

They are violent and cruel and once Valen orders them, they will turn into the vanguard of the pioneer army

When I said that, 50 meters away another red figure charged out and turned into the second Earthdigger that attacked our camp.

“Attack!”

Cal shouted and held her sword to charge forwards with the Sika Deer. She used Deer Rush and she also dealt some damage to the Boss at the same time. She used Double Hit+ Frost Slash+ Return Slash on the wing of the Earthdigger. Haotian used Assault and stunned it.

Behind us, With You’s ranged players also started to fire. A whole patch of skills started to land on the Earthdigger’s body and its health started to shake.

“Kong–”

The Earthdigger’s shouts pierced the ear and the moment it raised the front of its body, the hair below it started to shake. In the next moment, dirt started to surge and it formed a dirt storm that swept the players. Cal and Haotian’s health started to drop and in a blink of an eye, it was down to 30%.

“So strong!”

Haotian retreated and his eyes were filled with shock.

I pounced forwards and used Gouge on the boss. I then used Demon Tribulation+Midnight Ecstacy. Demon Tribulation worked and this Earthdigger was confused for 1.5 seconds. It also broke its dirt storm channel. In the next second, the Earthdigger used Earthfire Armor. Flames surged from the ground and formed a dark red armor around it. Instantly our ranged players weren’t able to break through.

“Break its armor!”

Shen Mingxuan raised her bow and used Armor Breaking Arrow to deal 54.2% armor penetration. I waved my daggers to attack and the Heartstealer’s effect stacked to increase the armor break to 80%. During that period, I was hit by a Spiral Strike and my health dropped to 40%.

“Heal Ah Li!”

Shen Mingxuan shot while commanding the ranged players.

I frowned. This Earthdigger’s stats were so high and even I was under pressure. If I didn’t transform it felt like I couldn’t deal much damage?

This thing’s stats were probably not much weaker than a Legacy Grade Boss.

Not far away, Lin Xi was in White Star state and her body was covered in a silver white starlight. She rode her horse and spun around the Earthdigger to trap it outside of our formation. With the other members healing and damaging, it was a matter of time before it died.

It was obvious that With You had controlled the two Earthdiggers in front of us.

Not far away from us, three Earthdiggers were in front of Winds of Battle. Fengxian was barely holding down one and the other two had charged into the crowd. Along with the dirt storm surging, their ranged players started to die too. Worse was that many Pioneer Cavalries and Pioneer Ghouls started to charge in to destroy their formation.

“Don’t retreat.”

Fengxian shouted, “No one is to retreat, hold on. Even if you die just stand there. Backline push up, firepower and healing follow up. Kill these two Earthdiggers. Stop those that charged in and don’t let them cause havoc!”

“Yes Boss!”

Winds of Battle was talented so they shouldn’t get defeated by three Earthdiggers. No need to worry.

But our left was a mess. Two Earthdiggers spawned near Dragonrider Hall’s formation and they charged about. Male Bear blocked for 20 seconds and his healthbar emptied out and he was nearly killed. He retreated with Weapon Protection and an ashen white face, “What is going on with the healing, you don’t know how to stack heals? If you play like this who even dares to face the boss!?”
