Chapter 1157 – Tell You A Secret

“It’s here. Hurry and catch it!” Yushu pointed on the rock.

“That’s too easy. Watch me!” Jianwen thought that this was an excellent chance to show his bravery- he charged up with enthusiasm, “Here I come, little abalone!”

But, Jainwen’s thoughts were too naive- the abalone stuck itself onto the stone. It was no different from being glued on it! Only someone with enough strength could pull it out!

But Jianwen didn’t know that- he treated it like a clam. He thought one just picked it up. He realized that something was wrong- why was this abalone sticking onto the rock like this?

“Taizao, come help! We’ll pull it together!” Jianwen sand Taizao said.

“Alright, let’s do it!” Taizao was afraid of ghosts and sharks, but an abalone was fo no threat to him. They started pulling together.

“Jianwen Bro go! Jianwen Bro go! Yao Yao’s watching!” Yushu cheered as she walked away quietly with Xiaoxiao, leaving two idiots pulling an abalone.

Yushu and Xiaoxiao ran to Mengyao and Tang Yun, laughing.

“What’s with you two?” Mengyao asked curiously.

“Jianwen and Taizao are there pulling an abalone with their hands!” Yushu said.

“Their hands?” Mengyao blinked. “Can you do that? Don’t you need special tools or something, we watched that episode on discovery planet about abalones, right?”

“Yeah! Those two idiots didn’t watch that for sure. They think they could pull it!” Yushu said. “Let them have fun- we won’t be interrupted this way!” Yushu said.

Mengyao shook her head. Yushu was pretty evil.

Lin Yi didn’t enter the waters but sat on the beach quietly as he watched the people playing in there, taking care of them.

“Lin Yi honey, you can come play now, right? You lied to me saying you didn’t know how to swim, but Shu said you saved her before!” Xiaoxiao said as she looked at Lin Yi, not too pleased that he lied. That time they were at the beach with Zhong Pinliang; Lin Yi used that exact excuse even though she wanted him to play with her. NOw that she was closer to Yushu, she started learning more about Lin Yi.

“I’m not going- you guys have fun.” Lin Yi shook his head.

But Xiaoxiao wouldn’t let it go that easily. With her as the vanguard, she started splashing water onto Lin Yi, while Yushu joined it very quickly. Tang Yun chipped in after some hesitation s well.

The Miss was feeling troubled- with her personality, she would never join in with Shu like this, but even Tang Yun was doing it, so she’d look like she didn’t want to be included if she didn’t.

And so she started splashing at Lin Yi as well- though Lin Yi didn’t mind. He smiled slightly. “It’s pretty hot on the beach anyway, that’s a nice little shower.”

“Sisters, what do you say we drag Lin Yi into the sea?” Yushu said as she riled up the group.

“Alright!” Xiaoxiao was the first to agree.

Tang Yun as well- it was the first time she came to the beach to play. After all, she had to play her heart out! And so, she went out of the water to drag him down.

Lin Yi didn’t think that Tang Yun would be able to follow Yushu’s craziness like that- it took him by surprise. But well, he let them drag him down anyway.

On the other side, Jianwen and Taizao spent their time struggling to pull this abalone out, suffering as he listened to the laughter on the other side. “Why’s this abalone so hard to pull out? Is it growing from the rock?”

“Who knows, An Bro? I’m already using all my strength, but it’s not moving!” Taizao smiled bitterly. “There isn’t something up with this abalone, right? Chen Yushu is always messing with people. Maybe we should change targets?”

Jianwen thought that made sense- the girl always messed with people, so who knew if this abalone was one that could be pulled out! They went to the other one, but it was the same, it wouldn’t budge from the rock!

“Maybe all the abalones… have something wrong with them?” Jainwen frowned.

“No way, right? These are all wild abalones. She couldn’t have to do anything?” Taizao was confused.

“Fine, whatever- she wants to eat abalone. We’ll call Yang Ganglou and get him to buy some. She said it herself yesterday. The seafood doesn’t need to come freshly fished!” Jianwen said.

“That’s true!” Taizao and Jainwen got onto the shore and gave up, calling Ganglou instead at the tent, asking him to buy abalones as well as some shark meat.

“Shu, An Jainwen seems to have given up on getting abalone!” Xiaoxiao said as she looked at the shore.

“Let’s mess with him again?” Yushu blinked as she started plotting.

“Sure! How?” Xiaoxiao said without thinking.

“Heh, well…” Yushu and Xiaoxiao started their plans.

And a while later, they walked up at him.

“Jianwen Bro, come here, I’ll tell you a secret…” Yushu said to Jianwen.

“Oh? What secret?” Jiawen didn’t dare be too slow- he felt that this secret wouldn’t be something good in the first place, but he came over anyway.

“Lean your ear in!” Yushu signaled for him to crouch down- she wasn’t as tall as he was, and naturally couldn’t reach his ear.

“What is it?” Jianwen crouched down.

Yushu leaned into his ear and suddenly screamed. “WAAAAAAAAAH!!”

Jianwen jumped up into the sky from that scream, his eardrums throbbing- he was almost deafened by Yushu’s piercing scream! Jianwen was instantly pissed- Yushu went over the line. Messing with him was one thing, but what was she trying to do here?

“I say, Lil sis Shu- you’re not a kid anymore, why do you still play these pranks? This is a kindergarten level joke, and you almost made me deaf!” Jianwen barked as he held his ears.
