Chapter 735: Clenching His Buttocks
âHmm⊠Yeah, sure, why not,â Rael replied. âTry not to kill me, though.â
Nyx rolled her eyes.
âAs if I would kill you. Itâs just a simple test, so clench your buttocks.â
My buttocks?
Before Rael could even get what she was trying to tell him, he felt an invisible wave of mana approach him.
Rael braced for impact, and yet the wave of mana simply passed through him, only making him a little uncomfortable.
But then, he felt his stomach begin to rumble.
Right as the floodgates were about to open, Rael quickly jumped into the Premium Shop, purchased a toilet, and added some covers around himself before sitting down and unleashing hell.
As he sat there with his hands on his head, Rael finally understood what she meant when she told him to clench his buttocks.
It seemed like instead of draining his mana, Anti Mana made his body more like his past self, except now it made him want to shit.
âUghâŠâ
âNyx, is there any way to build an immunity to this?â
Nyx approached the covers and tapped them slightly.
âDo you want me to cast the anti magic so we can find out?â
âYeah, no thanks,â Rael replied. âIâll just keep rerolling my Premium Roulette until I get diarrhea immunity or something.â
She let out a chuckle and backed off, letting him finish his business.
After just a few minutes, it felt like his body was back to normal, so like the good chap that Rael was, he went ahead and sold the toilet back to the Premium Shop without any regrets.
As for the covers, Rael decided to leave them for the aesthetic.
âWell, at least you know your body doesnât turn to mush,â Nyx pointed out. âSo as long as you can get that one tiny issue in check, youâll basically be immune to any sort of anti magic or mana drain.â
Rael rolled his eyes, and after tidying up his clothes, he finally left his personal room alongside Nyx.
From what he could tell, Astaroth and Victoria were up in the throne room, and this place, as it stood now, was completely empty.
At first, Rael thought of just leaving and heading up, butâŠ
Should he really?
Astaroth, although he wasnât that much of a help, sometimes did help considerably.
And since Rael kind of considered him a friend, the least he could do was prepare this cave city for the baby dragons.
So that was exactly what Rael did.
He used the Premium Shop for all the decorations, and then with Nyx by his side, the two of them went ahead and sorted all the furniture, decorations, basic necessitiesâŠ
Rael didnât hesitate to go all out on the fancy stuff.
After all, Rael felt like a father, in a way.
He was sending off Astaroth to marriage, and this was kind of like a⊠dowry?
Maybe?
Nonetheless, putting all the furniture together, amongst many other things, seemed pretty fun, as it reminded him of the past.
Family bonding time, rather.
If he had been doing it alone, it probably wouldnât be the same, but since Nyx was here, it was nice and comforting.
So within just a few hours, the whole cave city was re-decorated, modernized, and basically ready for anyone to live there.
Rael even added some spatial chambers, where the space inside was much larger than what appeared on the outside.
He did go overboard, but not that overboard, so the space inside was only eight times larger than the outside.
âReady to leave now?â Nyx asked as she finally finished watering a flower pot.
Rael glanced around, then nodded at her.
âIt should be fine now. Letâs head out.â
With that, Rael flew out of the cave and slowly made his way to the top, where Victoriaâs throne room was.
Since Astaroth was a horny dog and Victoria was⊠well, Victoria, Rael did a quick scan of the throne room to make sure he wasnât accidentally walking in on something.
After he made sure the perimeter was clear, Rael swooped on down, passing by a few Fate Dragons along the way who glared at him as if they wanted to skin him alive.
Though, as per usual, Rael just smiled and waved until finally, he landed in the throne room and glanced ahead at the peculiar sight.
âHold on now⊠Your throne is a bit closer to the wall than mine. I want mine closer.â
âWhat even is the difference, woman? I can just sit on the floor if need be.â
Victoria shook her head and repositioned both thrones again.
âNo. I canât allow my future husband to sit on the floor like a dog. Weâll be sitting side by side, andâŠâ
She suddenly turned toward Rael and straightened her back.
âYouâve only been in there for eight hours. Are you sure you donât want to rest longer?â
âAnd miss the coupleâs bickering? How could I?â Rael chuckled, then gestured at Nyx.
âThis is Nyx, my new companion. She might not be a dragon, but I can assure you she can probably whoop everyoneâs ass.â
Victoria narrowed her eyes at Nyx.
As for Nyx, she simply cocked her head back and stared menacingly.
Yeah.
She was a self-centered introvert who didnât know how to make any friends.
AnyhowâŠ
âI made some adjustments to the city downstairs. Also⊠what are you two even doing?â
Obviously, Rael understood that this was just some fancy way of asserting their authority, or something.
âShe wants our thrones to be the same distance apart and the same distance from the wall,â Astaroth said with a sigh.
It didnât seem like a bad thing.
Except the wall was terribly uneven.
Rael was sure that even if he got some skill to line up the thrones, it wouldnât work.
But when life gives you lemons in the form of a lot of powerâŠ
There was one very easy solution.
âWhy not just remove the wall⊠or something?â
