Her legs pinned him firmly, applying pressure just right—no chance of escape.

Javier flailed helplessly.

But Liana’s emerald eyes remained cold, her expression serene, exerting perfect control in her grappling.

Gloria stood nearby, sleeves neatly rolled up.

She had already subdued Mimi and Delya, pinning both girls with impressive skill.

Mimi had tried to scratch her way free, but Gloria effortlessly locked her arms behind her back, sitting on her as if disciplining a wild cat.

Delya had attempted to use her agility, but Gloria had caught her mid-leap—now holding her in a tight wrist-lock, face down on the ground.

The two squirmed, but there was no escaping.

“Ugh! No fair! Gloria is cheating!!” Mimi whined.

“Danna-sama!! Save me!!” Delya cried, reaching toward Javier.

Javier, still trapped under Liana’s choke, could only raise a trembling hand weakly.

“Save… yourself…”

Buddy sprinted through the open fields without slowing, carrying Javier, Mimi, and Delya effortlessly across the vast expanse.

The towering border gates of Armand and the Beastkin Kingdom finally came into view.

A squad of guards stood alert atop the walls, armor shining in the sun.

One of the guards spotted Buddy—and immediately recognized the rider.

He straightened sharply and saluted.

“Young Master!”

Buddy skidded slightly, slowing gracefully with a proud cuquawk, kicking up dust as they arrived.

Javier dismounted smoothly, landing in a lightstep.

He walked forward casually, Buddy strutting behind him with head held high—like he owned the place.

Javier stopped before the guard.

“I’m here for my father’s instructions. Where’s the captain?”

The guard saluted again.

“He’s at the outpost, Young Master. Would you like me to call him?”

Javier yawned lazily.

“Nah. I’ll check things out myself.”

“Understood, Young Master.”

The sun beat down, the breeze was gentle…

And for now, everything seemed peaceful.

Javier strode casually toward the outpost, hands tucked behind his head, relaxed.

Behind him, Mimi and Delya hurriedly climbed down from Buddy’s back, eager to cling to his arms again.

But before they could even reach him.

A thunderous voice boomed from above.

“YOUNG MASTER!!!!!!”

Javier blinked.

Then—BOOM!!

A straight flying kick slammed right into Javier’s face, knocking him stumbling backward.

Before he could even recover—

A silver blur shot forward at incredible speed.

Liana, cold and composed, locked him into a perfect grappling choke, twisting his body before he could even consider running.

“W-Wait!! Liana! Calm down—!!” Javier struggled, but her grip was ironclad.

Meanwhile—

Delya, instinctively summoning her giant scythe, charged at the unknown attacker.

“Get off Danna-sama!!”

But before her blade could reach

CLANG!!

A massive warhammer swung down from the side, easily deflecting her scythe, causing Delya to stumble back.

A soft, teasing voice drifted over.

“Ara~”

Gloria, smiling warmly yet with an icy edge, stepped into view.

“Huh—?” Delya froze, confused.

Meanwhile, Mimi let out a sharp cry, her battle instincts kicking in.

She launched herself forward, activating her battle gauntlets, aiming straight at Gloria.

CLANG!

But Gloria’s movements were lightning-fast, redirecting the attack with her hammer, and in a swift motion, pinning Mimi down.

Both Mimi and Delya were caught without even understanding what hit them.

“Gyaaarrrh!!! Liana!!! Mercy! Mercy!!!” Javier yelled as Liana expertly twisted his leg, locking it tightly with a precise ankle hold.

Her hands gripped his ankle firmly, her body weight pinning him down, applying just the right amount of pressure to immobilize him completely.

Javier thrashed wildly on the ground, pounding the dirt with his fists.

“Mercy!! I surrender!! I give up!! Liana, please!!”

But Liana’s expression remained calm—completely unmoved by his desperate cries.

Her grip tightened even further.

“Young Master…” Liana said softly, voice serene but firm.

“You must be punished properly for making us worry.”

Javier cried out louder.

“I SAID I’M SORRY!!!”

Meanwhile, Gloria had already pinned both Mimi and Delya face-down on the ground.

Delya struggled to move her scythe with her foot, but Gloria easily kicked it away.

Mimi squirmed, trying to escape, but every time she moved, Gloria effortlessly tightened her grip on her arms.

“Ara~ struggling will only make it worse, little kittens~” Gloria said sweetly but with a dangerous edge.

The guards stationed at the border watched silently from afar—pretending not to see anything.

Better not get involved… better not get involved…

Still holding Javier’s ankle lock, Liana leaned closer, her tranquil voice sending a shiver down Javier’s spine.

“Now, Young Master…” she purred softly.

“Where did you pick up this stray cat… and this little demon girl? Hmm?”

Javier thrashed again, but Liana twisted his ankle just enough to make him whimper in pain.

Before he could answer

“Yes, Young Master~” Gloria chimed in, still effortlessly pinning Mimi and Delya to the ground.

She tilted her head, smiling brightly and innocently.

“Where did you find these two? Bringing them home without permission, hmm~?”

Mimi squirmed under Gloria’s grip, ears flattened.

Delya growled lowly but couldn’t even move an inch with Gloria locking her wrists behind her back.

Javier, his face nearly kissing the dirt, shouted out

“I didn’t bring them home!! They followed me!!”

Liana pressed down more, applying just enough pressure to make Javier whimper.

“Young Master.” she said softly, almost teasing.

“Are you saying you didn’t enjoy their company?”

“That’s not the point!!!” Javier yelled desperately.

Liana, still holding his ankle tightly, leaned even closer, her voice low, calm, and dangerously soft.

“So, Young Master…” she whispered almost against his ear, “did you sleep with them?”

Javier froze completely.

His mind went blank.

His mouth opened

But no words emerged.

He stammered helplessly.

“I-I-I mean, we—uh—we slept! But not like that!! Just sleeping!! I swear!!”

Gloria narrowed her eyes slightly, still pressing down on Mimi and Delya, but a sweet, terrifying smile spread across her face.

“Ara~? Sleeping together, you say? Sharing body warmth, perhaps~?”

Mimi, pinned on the ground, flailed uselessly, ears flattening.

“Nyaaa! Nothing weird happened! We only sleep, nya!”

Delya, her face already flushed, shouted back.

“I swear, danna-sama is a gentleman!! He didn’t even touch me!!”

Javier flailed harder, but Liana’s ankle lock only tightened, eliciting another muffled groan from him.

“Mou… Young Master…” Liana sighed softly.

“You really shouldn’t just let any stray sleep beside you.”
