Chapter 1619: Demi humans (1)

Mofu Mofu Kingdom, that was the official name of the land of the demi humans.

There was a faint smile that appeared on my lips when I heard this.

Only it seemed that Vanilla misunderstood the reason why I revealed this smile.

"Wise King?" I couldn’t help repeating when I heard this.

My lips couldn’t help twitching when I heard this.

After all, other than the first thing, the rest of it wasn’t true.

I had never actually done any of that...at the same time, it wasn’t as if any of that was related to wisdom like she called me.

Only it didn’t seem like Vanilla cared at all about this as she continued rambling on.

The way that she did this made her seem like a fan which just made it harder for me to actually stop her.

"That’s enough of that. I think that his majesty has already heard enough from you."

There was a second figure that appeared beside Vanilla.

This was another figure that had the same cat ears on their head, but their cat ears were of a different colour.

Vanilla’s cat ears were white while this new figure’s cat ears were black.

Once this second figure appeared, she covered Vanilla’s mouth while she was still rambling about the whole Wise King thing.

Then turning to me, she said, "Your majesty, I apologize for this one. This is her first mission and she’s quite the excitable person. I hope that you will not be offended by her words."

I just waved my hand to show I was fine before saying, "Then do you want to come in and talk? I’m sure that it’ll be better than talking in the gardens like this."

This second figure nodded in agreement before looking like she thought of something.

"Your majesty, my name is Chocola and I’m here to represent the Mofu Mofu Kingdom along with her. However, we also have an entire squad that came with us that are waiting outside. I hope that your majesty will allow them to come in as well."

I wasn’t surprised to hear this.

Since there was a second one, it was only natural that there were more of them.

It wasn’t as if they would just allow them to move alone, it would be far too dangerous for that.

But there was something else that I was surprised by.

There were cat girls in my past life that had the same names as these two, but...their personalities had been completely reversed.

However, it wasn’t strange since Vanilla and Chocola had snuck into the royal gardens to talk to me. If they had just come to greet us normally, then it wouldn’t have turned out like this.

I wasn’t the one that spoke for the Kite Kingdom at this meeting.

It was the prime minister that spoke.

I had wanted to speak, but I just couldn’t say anything when they glared at me.

It wasn’t just the prime minister, but also all of my wives who glared at me.

As for why I couldn’t speak, it was because they were doing this because they were worried about me. At the same time, I knew that they were angry with me for keeping the fact that these two approached me a secret.
